Where can I receive my order?
At the delivery address you specify as long as it is within the delivery zone: Spain and EU countries. We do not deliver to any of our corners of El Corte Inglés. You will receive an e-mail/sms from our logistics operator to let you know when your order will be delivered to the requested delivery address. You can check the delivery status of your order at any time in the "My account" section under "My orders".

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Those countries where customs clearance is required, the customer will pay the processing and customs costs for the entry of the goods into the territory, at the time of receipt of the order. These costs vary according to the content of the order.
Peninsula: 2-3 days from order confirmation for orders placed from Monday to Thursday. 3-4 hours from order confirmation for orders placed from Friday to Sunday.
Balearic Islands: 3-4 days from order confirmation for orders placed from Monday to Thursday. 4-5 days from order confirmation for orders placed from Friday to Sunday.
Canary Islands and International: Up to 6 days from order confirmation for orders placed from Monday to Thursday. Up to 12 days from order confirmation for orders placed from Friday to Sunday* Subject to customs control.

Return and exchange policy
If after your purchase you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return. It's very simple!
Log in to your account: Request the return from the personal area of the website by logging in. Once you are logged in, click on My Orders.
Access the order on which you want to make the refund: Once in My Orders, access the order for which you wish to request a refund by clicking on "View order" of the order in question.
Select the garment(s) you wish to return: It is important not to make a mistake in the garments to be returned, once selected click on Confirm returns.
Return Approved: If everything is correct we will approve your return and you will be able to print your return request from Return Status in your personal area.
Free home delivery in Spain and Portugal: You can request free home pickup and we will send a carrier to pick up your package. If you are registered, log in to your account and then select Request return or click here, tell our carrier the day and time you want us to pick up the return. Print the label that SEUR will send you and include in the package the electronic ticket that we sent you in the mail when you placed the order and the approved return request that you will find in your personal area. Pack your items safely, in the original package if possible. The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase. Transportation costs of the purchase will not be refunded.
Return by regular mail: You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return by mail. Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the approved return request. Send it via the means of transport of your choice to the following address:

Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, we will not accept COD or cash on delivery shipments and we will not pay return shipping costs. As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed. The refund will be made in the same method of payment used in the purchase.

We want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory. We know that your needs may vary and sometimes you want to change a product. That's why we offer you a simple exchange process.
How to exchange?
If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased with us, follow these steps:
- Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter your name and surname, together with the order number and the item you wish to return.
- Once we have the aforementioned data, we will proceed to the exchange indicating all the necessary information with the other steps to follow.
Customer's right of withdrawal: You can cancel your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the product. The conditions for doing so are the same as in the cases of returns described above. The consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs. It is necessary to return the garments in its condition and labeled together with the purchase receipt and a withdrawal/return order. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, the good may suffer a depreciation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail: BYNIUMAAL@byniumaalshop.com. BYNIUMAALSHOP reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the deadlines or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
When do I receive the refund?
Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal. The refund will be made in the same way in which the payment was made, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise by detailing the means of payment through which he/she wishes us to make the refund.
Once the refund order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service with the details of the refund.
What do I do if the refund amount is not correct?

Productos defective: if the customer receives a product that is not in accordance with the terms established in the Contract and shows signs of defect, you should contact the Customer Service Department of BYNIUMAALSHOP so that they can give you a solution. The reimbursement of those articles that indeed present tare or defect will be made in the same means of payment that was used when the order was made, the repair or replacement will be free for the consumer. This free of charge will include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.Before the consumer and user is bound by any distance or off-premises contract or any corresponding offer, the entrepreneur will provide the following information in a clear and understandable manner: where appropriate, the existence of after-sales assistance to the consumer and user, after-sales services and commercial guarantees, as well as their conditions.These guarantees will be applied taking into account the nature of the goods marketed on the website.
