The items offered on this website are only available for delivery to the countries of the euro metropolitan area and the United Kingdom specified in the Shipping section.

For security reasons, purchases of more than 3,000 € or more than 5 items of the same reference per order may not be made.
The delivery of the order will be made in accordance with what is established in the Shipping section.
Impossibility in the delivery of the order
Si tras 3 intentos de entrega fallidos (por ausencia de destinatario o imposibilidad de hacer la entrega por motivos ajenos a BYNIUMAALSHOP) se comunicará al cliente, vía cualquiera de los medios electrónicos proporcionados por él mismo, la situación, pudiendo entonces exigir al cliente la recogida del pedido en una delegación de nuestro transportista cercana a la dirección en la que el pedido debió de ser previamente entregado. El tiempo de entrega del pedido en la delegación de destino del transportista depende de la legislación de cada país o región, por lo que se recomendará al cliente que haga la recogida lo antes posible; de lo contrario, el pedido será devuelto a origen y entenderemos que el cliente desea desistir del Contrato. Le devolveremos el precio pagado por los productos lo antes posible, no así los gastos de envío, si los hubiera.

If everything is correct we will approve your return and you will be able to print your return request from Return Status in your personal area.
Free home delivery in Spain and Portugal
You can request free home pickup and we will send a carrier to pick up your package. If you are registered, log in to your account and then select Request return or click here, tell our carrier the day and time you want us to pick up the return. Print the label that SEUR will send you and include in the package the electronic ticket that we sent you in the mail when you placed the order and the approved return request that you will find in your personal area. Pack your items safely, in the original package if possible. The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase. Transportation costs of the purchase will not be refunded.
Home delivery outside Spain and Portugal
You can request home pickup at a cost of 45 € and we will send a carrier to pick up your package.
Return by regular mail
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return by mail. Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the approved return request. Send it via the means of transport of your choice to the following address:

Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, we will not accept COD or cash on delivery shipments and we will not pay return shipping costs. As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed. The refund will be made in the same method of payment used in the purchase.
Customer's right of withdrawal:
You can cancel your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the product. The conditions for doing so are the same as in the cases of returns described above. The consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs. It is necessary to return the garments in its condition and labeled together with the purchase receipt and a withdrawal/return order.
